Infrastructure
What is running, not what has been rendered.
A line, a port, a power network, or a payments rail is infrastructure when someone can use it. A timetable is a claim.

Property sits downstream of infrastructure and is not the same asset. A flat near a future station is a bet on delivery and on who captures the benefit. The station, if it is financed as a project or a concession, is a different claim. GRIP keeps those files apart.
Country notes below are open for the places where the market or ecosystem research is already deep enough to say what the system actually is. They do not list projects and they do not quote costs.
- PhilippinesRail in the capital, airports between islands, and flood water. A drawing of a line is a separate document.
- EgyptThe strategic system is the canal. The daily system, in the new cities, is whatever road, water, and power have actually been turned on.
- MalaysiaKuala Lumpur’s network, Penang’s bridges, and Johor’s crossings are three systems. Proximity is not ease.
- IndiaPublic digital infrastructure changed how a firm starts. It did not abolish roads, power, ports, or the distance between Indian cities.
The financial question, who pays and what kind of claim that creates, is an investment note: Infrastructure investment is a question of who pays.

Infrastructure that does not change a weekday commute has not yet changed the property.
