Infrastructure
A canal, two coasts, and desert utilities
The strategic system is the canal. The daily system, in the new cities, is whatever road, water, and power have actually been turned on.

Infrastructure note. Operating systems, announced ones, and who would have to pay.
The longer country file is the Egypt market hub.
Two systems get confused. The strategic one is the canal, the coasts and the ports. The daily one, in the new cities, is whichever road, metro, water and power are actually on. A desert plot is usable only when those services have been turned on. A phase ahead of them is a delivery risk.
Named roads, and whether a weekday drive matches the claim, are on the country hub. This note separates an infrastructure asset from a flat that hopes to sit beside one. Who pays is an investment question, not a project cost quoted here.
