Economy
Domestic demand, state rules, public rails
India is filed first as a company-formation system. The economy a founder meets is not yet a GRIP property market.

EconomyIndia
Economy note. Payrolls, sectors and the currency of wages. Not the city-by-city property file.
There is no India market hub. This note is the file for this desk.
GRIP’s India file is a startup ecosystem: how companies are formed, funded and scaled, city by city. Under that file is a large domestic market, rules that change by state, and public digital rails for identity and payments. Those rails let a private firm start further along. They are not a housing programme.
A founder in Bengaluru, a financial firm in Mumbai and a company serving the capital region hire in different markets. Scale, when it happens, is usually a domestic operating problem before it is a listing. There is no India property hub. Tenure and cities would need their own sources.
